Special author visit for the Colonels!

Who doesn't love to curl up with a good book on a rainy day? On a rainy Wednesday, March 28, 2018, the Colonels met Amanda Driscoll, children's book author/illustrator. She shared her process for writing and illustrating children's books, read a story to students and showed them how she creates some of her characters. Several students even got her autograph in their new books! Art students prepared for visit by creating images of Duncan, their favorite dragon! What a fun day.
