Find out what's cooking at Oak Hills High School

Transitions students with chef Ashley

Want to know what's cooking at OHHS? Students in the transitions class at Oak Hills are learning their way around the kitchen from a pro!

They are working with chef Ashley Mulle in the food science lab to make delicious dishes that they will be able to make at home. Ashley takes photos while she is prepping for a class at home so that the students leave with a photo cookbook they can follow at home.

When we popped in this week to see what was cooking, we found them making personal pizzas. The pineapple was a hit!

Ashley attends The Midwest Culinary Institute at Cincinnati State and is also working on her business degree. She currently works at Metropole downtown. And, if you have had the pleasure of trying dessert at The Golden Lamb you have eaten one of Ashley's recipes.

Thanks, Ashley, for bringing your talents to our students.
