TO-KNOW

  • I wanted to share some news with you, Justin Moser our soft spoken and  wonderful evening custodian has accepted a new job at C.O. Harrison Elementary. He will be working days there which will allow him more time to be with his family. If you see Justin in the next few weeks make sure you thank him for his work and wish him good luck. Sarah and I will begin the interview process very soon.

  • Testing time has arrived. Here is a guidance document for all people that will be administering tests in the upcoming weeks (Link).

  • Everyone is required to sign-up for a mandatory “sign-off” meeting with our American Fidelity Representative. The sign-up sheet is attached (https://benefits.americanfidelity.com/oak-hills-local). The dates are  April 23rd through 25th.

  • K-2 Teachers: Please review the following spreadsheet regarding Picture Perfect Science (Link). Indicate what we need to be ready for next year. Let me know if you have questions or you can email Jennifer Campbell.

  • 3-5 Teachers: Please review the following spreadsheet regarding FOSS Science (Link). INdicate what we need to be ready for next year. Let me know if you have questions or you can email Jennifer Campbell.

  • Roster Verification is rapidly approaching. I will start meeting with grade-levels soon to discuss this “Springtime Classic.” Here is a doument that should help with this process (LINK)

  • 4th Grade ELA Testing (Please come to the office for your testing materials)

  • I will be leaving briefly around 12:30 for a meeting at OHHS

  • A representative from HCESC will be here to meet with 2nd Grade about Gifted Checklists during PLanning Time (I may not be able to attend this with you because I may be at OHHS).
