TO-KNOW

  • Testing time is almost here. Here is a guidance document for all people that will be administering tests in the upcoming weeks (Link).

  • Here is a link to the “Testing Best Practices” Document that was shared by District Office (LINK).

  • If you were enrolled with Anthem during the 2017 calendar year then you will receive a “Wellness Gift.” This gift (i.e., OH gym bag) will be available in the office during the week of April 9-13. You will have to sign-off to receive your gift.This gift takes the place of the DICK’s Gift Card that was previously given.   

  • Everyone is required to sign-up for a mandatory “sign-off” meeting with our American Fidelity Representative. The sign-up sheet is attached (https://benefits.americanfidelity.com/oak-hills-local). The dates are  April 23rd through 25th.

  • During our last Staff Meeting we were given a handout with ANTHEM sponsored resources. Here is an electronic version of that document if you are interested (Link).

  • Please don’t forget to complete the Technology Survey for district Office (Link)

  • Roster Verification is rapidly approaching. I will start meeting with grade-levels soon to discuss this “Springtime Classic.”

  • Third, Fourth, and Fifth Grade: It is time to start planning testing groups. Please finish the discussion within your grade-levels (include your IVS in this conversation). Attached is a document where we have recorded our plans (Link). I will be talking with you more about this soon.

  • Staff Meeting (We have a guest from OHEA)

  • PTA Board Meeting
   

Wednesday

4/11

  • I will be meeting with Dan Beckenhaupt in the morning.

  • Fire Drill (Let’s get it done before testing starts).

  • Encore School Performance (1:45)

  • Encore Family Performance (7:00)
