The Hamilton County Council of PTAs has shared information about three educator scholarships to support graduate study, each worth $400. More information about each scholarship and deadlines is available here.
The in-school performance of the 2nd grade musical has been scheduled for 9:00am on Tuesday, January 31. It has been added to the staff calendar.
A reminder that Mr. Ritchie will be in the building on Friday for candids and group pictures of extracurriculars (impacting mostly 4th and 5th grades).

Tier 2/3 Meetings are this week, with most grade levels meeting on either Wednesday or Friday. Please share any updated intervention group documents with Andrea and me prior to the meeting, if (or when) you have them.
Teachers: By the end of this week, please click on your grade level tab in the SPG 2016-2017 Master Schedule document and check your schedule for accuracy. I know that there have been several changes since the beginning of the year and I would like to be sure that I have access to an accurate schedule (understanding that you make daily adjustments as needed due to schedule changes or other factors!).
Teachers: Please continue to schedule conferences for next Tuesday, January 24, from 4 – 7pm. As you schedule meetings, please add them to this spreadsheet. There is a tab for each grade level/team and there are additional directions on the top of each page. Let me know if you have questions about who to invite or logistics.
The Read-a-Thon begins this week! Please send home the second Read-a-Thon take home sheet on Tuesday.
1. Continue to encourage students to create pages and get sponsors. We will wait until first thing Wednesday morning to check which classes have 100% participation. It’s not too late for a pajama day!
2. Please also plan to begin reading sessions on Tuesday, continuing through January 30.
