• Please remember to give the office your $15 donation for the Volunteer Luncheon.

• Congratulations to Jen Murphy for being one of the recipients of the Celebrate Excellence Award from Hamilton County. Check out our Facebook Page to see pictures.

• You may see an email from me sent to your personal email account this weekend.

• Technology: Please place all teacher classroom technology (e.g., cords, SmartBoard Pens, remotes, etc.) in a clear plastic bag with your room number on it. Place the bag in a safe location within your classroom. This will prevent it from being lost during the summer cleaning.

• Technology: At this point it appears that the district is reviewing Chromebook Take-Home procedures. THere will be an update on this when I get final information.

• Technology: As mentioned at the staff meeting, Grades 1 and 5 will be getting new Chromebooks next year.

• I had asked that grade-levels work on classlists for next year and complete them. Here is the Spreadsheet to create classes (LINK). PLease take some time as a grade-level to complete this prior to 5/18.

• We will be holding our VOLUNTEER LUNCHEON again this year on 5/21/2018. To show appreciation for the wonderful work that our PTA and Volunteers do we feed them, and you, at a special grill out. We are asking for a donation of $15. This year I will take care of collecting the money. You can drop it off in the office any time before 5/18/2018. If you have questions let me know.

• The end of the year means that all Certified Staff Members need to sign-off on their OTES Final Summative Rating. You will need to both “Pin Out” within the OTES system and sign a hard copy. This process must be completed by May 10th. Between now and May 10th please take a moment to stop by the office and sign-off. If you have questions please let me know.

• K-2 Teachers: Please review the following spreadsheet regarding Picture Perfect Science (Link). Indicate what we need to be ready for next year. Let me know if you have questions or you can email Jennifer Campbell.
