TO-KNOW

1. A reminder that I am out of the building all day on Monday and Tuesday. Brian Conners and Emily Winkle will be working together to provide coverage. The standard disclaimer applies...coverage is based on who is available and is not a reflection of who will replace me!
2. We will have make-up testing in Mary Ernst's room on Monday. Students may use computers, but please be aware when traveling in the hallways.
3. Tuesday is AIMSWeb Spring Screening Day. Please expect an email from Andrea with details regarding the schedule.
4. Wednesday is School Nurse Day! Thanks to Jan and Holly for all that they do to support our students' (and staff members'!) well being!
5. Enrichment Day is this Friday! A few notes:
   1. If at all possible, please plan to park on Springmyer Drive. We have multiple parent volunteers and presenters attending and parking spots will be at a premium.
   2. Please review this document for a (draft!) schedule, a list of rooms being used, and a coverage schedule. We have new parent volunteers organizing Enrichment Day this year, so there may be some kinks in the schedule. I am meeting with them on Tuesday night and hope to have a finalized schedule soon after. If you see any issues, please let me know by the end of the day Tuesday.
   3. Elizabeth Isom will be available on Friday to help with classroom needs. The document linked above also includes a tab where you can list any classroom jobs you might need help with related to copying/laminating, preparing resources and/or your room for summer or next year, etc. There's no guarantee that she will get to everything, but if you don't ask it definitely won't happen!

TO-DO

1. Please contribute $15 to the volunteer appreciation luncheon, scheduled for Thursday, May 18 (your donation also pays for your lunch!). All donations can go directly to Brenda, who will be grilling out for us! This is our way of thanking our PTA for all that they do for us and the many people who volunteer on a regular basis. Consider your $15 a way of paying it forward for the many delicious lunches, treats, and other goodies that PTA provides each year. Time is short and Brenda needs to start shopping....please get her your money by this Wednesday. Thank you!
