Students of longtime OHHS art teacher reunite for exhibit
Students of Mrs. Jan Thomas, a longtime art educator at Oak Hills High School, will reunite to exhibit their artwork in a special public showcase. The exhibition will highlight the creative journeys, achievements, and personal expressions of students whose artistic foundations were shaped in Mrs. Thomas’s classroom.
The exhibit runs from January 5-February 28, 2026 at Ruth's Parkside Cafe 1550 Blue Rock St, Cincinnati, OH 45223. The opening reception is Sunday, January 11 from 3-5 p.mn. and is open to the public.
For decades, Mrs. Thomas inspired young artists with her passion for creativity, craftsmanship, and imagination. This exhibition honors her impact and provides a unique opportunity for the public to experience the talent she has helped cultivate throughout her teaching career.
