Coach Mike Price named OHSBCA Division 1 State Basketball Coach of the Year
Congratulations to Oak Hills High School boys basketball coach Mike Price, who was named as the Ohio High School Basketball Coaches Association Division I State Coach of the Year.
The Highlanders finished the season with an overall 18-8 record (10-6 in the GMC), highlighted by a clutch 52–49 victory over eventual state champion Princeton. Once the state tournament began, the Highlanders reeled off three straight tournament wins, ultimately capturing a Southwest District title before bowing out to Princeton in the regional semifinals. The Southwest District title was the first for Oak Hills since 1996.
This recognition reflects not only an outstanding 2025–26 campaign, but also Coach Price’s long-standing commitment, leadership, and dedication to basketball and to the student-athletes of Oak Hills.
