Help us better understand the needs of our students, families and community by taking this brief, anonymous survey.

Wonder how your children are doing with all of the change that’s happened this year? Worried that you could be supporting them better? Being a parent or educator has many challenges, and the 2020-21 school year has made those challenges even greater. You are not alone in your concern, worry, or wonderings.

There is a mental health and wellness program that brings important content—with real-life application to practice skills for lifelong success. This program is Adapt for Life and we’re very excited to announce our new partnership with Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center and Adapt for Life—it couldn’t come at a better time!

The Oak Hills Local School District welcomes this opportunity to work with Adapt for Life as we strengthen and enhance our commitment to the mental health and wellbeing of our Oak Hills students, staff, and families.

Adapt for Life wants to hear from our families! Please take a few minutes to take their brief, anonymous survey to help them better understand the needs of our children and community.  We will be using the results to support our partnership between Cincinnati Children’s and Oak Hills in meeting the mental health needs of all our students.
