Emily Amlin and her children in the courtroom

Judge Ralph Winkler of the Hamilton County Probate Court is pleased to announce that a very special person in our community is growing her family by two children by offering a loving, caring and safe home. Emily Amlin, a third-grade teacher in the Oak Hills Local School District, has previously adopted four daughters. Over the last two years, Ms. Amlin has unselfishly fostered the two children she wishes to adopt. Arianna is creative and outgoing and will be entering the first grade. Adrian is active and engaging and attends preschool.

The adoption took place on September 27, 2017 in Judge Winkler's courtroom. Congratulations, Ms. Amlin.
