2020 Congressional Art Award Competitors

“An Artistic Discovery,” a nationwide high school visual art competition sponsored by the Congressional Institute, aims to showcase the artistic talents of high school students. This annual competition is open to students in grades 9-12 who are residents of Ohio’s First Congressional District. This year’s winner will be chosen through the following process: a panel will select the top twenty pieces of artwork submitted to Steve Chabot's office, which will then be posted on his website to be voted on by the general public. The winning artwork will be displayed in the Capitol in Washington, D.C. with other winners from across the country. The second place artwork will be displayed in Steve Chabot's D.C. office, and additional runners-up will be displayed in his Cincinnati and Warren County district offices.
