Social media threat update
As a follow-up to Mr. Hunt’s message last night, our top priority continues to be the safety and security of our students and staff. We are still working with the Green Township Police and Hamilton County Sheriff's Departments in regard to the social media threat we received yesterday. There continues to be a strong law enforcement presence, along with K-9 units on campus. Officers will remain on-site throughout the school day and dismissal time. As this is an ongoing investigation, we are limited in the information that we can share. However, we have identified the picture associated with the threat as a stock photo taken from the internet and detectives are following additional leads as the investigation continues. Again, we would like to thank the following law enforcement agencies for their immediate assistance: Green Township Police Department, Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department and the University of Cincinnati’s K-9 Unit.
