Highlander GMC Athletes of the Week

Congratulations to the Highlander athletes who were named GMC Athletes of the Week!

Brandon Mitchell       Fr.     Wrestling
Brandon Mitchell qualified for the District tournament in the 106 lbs. weight class by placing 3rd at Sectionals.
 
Dan Claypool       Fr     Wrestling  
Dan Claypool has qualified as a District alternate.  
 
Mya McCreary     Sr     Girls' Bowling
Mya rolled a 534 series at the Sectionals Tournament on February 20th at Colerain Bowl. It was the 9th highest series of the tournament and helped advance the girls team to the Districts Tournament on February 28th.  
 
Tanner Murphy     Jr      Boys' Basketball 
Tanner has unselfishly helped prepare the Boys' Basketball team for their sectional tournament play. He is also a multi-sport athlete(baseball), an excellent student and involved in many school activities including FCA and National Honor Society. He volunteers as well for many community service activities. 
 
Austin Rue    Jr      Boys' Basketball
Austin has unselfishly helped prepare the Boys' Basketball team for their sectional tournament play. He volunteers as well for many community service activities. 
 
Austin Dennis       Soph      Boys' Basketball
Austin has unselfishly helped prepare the Boys' Basketball team for their sectional tournament play. He is also a multi-sport athlete (soccer, baseball), an excellent student and involved in many school activities including volunteering for many community service activities. 
 
RJ Linenkugel       Soph      Boys' Basketball
RJ has unselfishly helped prepare the Boys' Basketball team for their sectional tournament play. He is also a multi-sport athlete (Soccer and Boys' Track), an excellent student and involved in many school activities including volunteering for many community service activities. 
 
Jameson Richmond    Fr      Boys' Basketball
Jameson has unselfishly helped prepare the Boys' Basketball team for their sectional tournament play. He is also a multi-sport athlete (baseball), an excellent student and involved in many school activities including volunteering for many community service activities.
