Combined CCR Agenda - grades 9 - 12

We are excited to invite you and your student to participate in a Parent/Student/Teacher Conference and College & Career Readiness (CCR) meeting this school year.

These meetings provide an opportunity for you, your student, and a high school teacher to connect for a 30-minute conversation focused on your student’s success—both now and in the future. Meetings will be available in person or virtually and will take place from 3:30–7:30 p.m. on the dates listed below.

What Can We Discuss?

Your meeting can be tailored to your student’s individual needs. Topics may include:

Current Progress & Success

• Current grades and academic progress

• Attendance and engagement

• Classroom behavior and school expectations

• Strengths and areas for growth

• Strategies and supports to help your student be successful

College & Career Readiness

• Graduation requirements

• High school transcript and course planning

• College and career interests

• Postsecondary education and career opportunities

• Student goals and plans for life after high school

• Important next steps to help your student reach those goals

Whether you have questions about your student’s current performance or want to begin planning for their future after high school, this meeting is an opportunity to work together with your student’s teacher and make sure everyone is on the same page.

Scheduling Your Meeting

You will receive an email invitation from your student’s X-Bell teacher and/or, when appropriate, one of your student’s current classroom teachers. The email will include a scheduling link and will identify the three dates available for your student.

If you would like to schedule a conference with one of your student’s current classroom teachers, please contact that teacher directly to request their scheduling link.

2026–2027 CCR / Conference Dates

• Wednesday, September 16, 2026 — Grade 12 only

• Wednesday, September 30, 2026 — Grades 9–12

• Thursday, October 8, 2026 — Grades 9–12

• Wednesday, January 20, 2027 — Grades 9–11

• Thursday, February 4, 2027 — Grades 9–12

• Thursday, February 11, 2027 — Grades 9–12

Please note: Each teacher selected three dates from the list above. Your student’s invitation will include the three dates available for your family.

We will also be hosting the following breakout sessions.
