Senior X Bell CCR Meetings Sign Up Link

Senior CCR Agenda

Sign-ups for Senior College and Career Readiness (CCR) meetings have begun.  CCR meetings provide an opportunity for you to meet as a student-parent-teacher team to discuss your child’s future plans and goals as well as specific steps that your child needs to take moving forward.  Everyone will receive a calendar invite that will include a google meet link should you choose to meet virtually instead of in person.  Please note teachers will be in the building regardless of if you choose in-person or virtual. Conversations are tailored to the questions that are most pressing to you and your child in regard to college and career readiness. 

VERY IMPORTANT - PLEASE SIGN UP WITH YOUR CHILD'S CORRECT X-BELL TEACHER.   The teachers are NOT listed in alphabetical order and the first teacher listed may not be the teacher of your child's X-Bell.  Scroll through the list to find your child’s last name.  The teacher with your child’s last name is who you will sign up to meet with for this meeting. 

  1. There are a few exceptions to this.  1.  If your child is in the Writing Center.  If they are in the Writing Center, then scroll to the very bottom of the teacher list to see those 2 teachers and their alphabet.  2.  If your student is in the Math Center, then scroll tot he bottom of the teacher list to see locate the sign up for Mr. Yates.  3.  If your child has one of the following X bell teachers, then you will be contacted by that teacher directly to schedule your CCR meeting (Gabbard, Hoferer, Morman, Rone, Brunsman, Hellebusch, Keesey, Jump, Elrod).

  2.  Select a date and time that is convenient for you by clicking in the box next to the words “Sign Up”.  Then scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Submit and Sign Up”.

  3. You will be navigated to a page that will ask you to enter your student’s name (first and last please) and your first name, last name, and email.

  4. Once you have entered this information, click “Sign Up Now”.

 

College and Career Readiness Meetings are 30 minutes long.  The first appointments begin at 4:30 pm and the last appointments are at 8:00 pm on the following days:
